Day 1 - The Indian Pacific

Join the mighty Indian Pacific in Syndey. Enjoy a delicious dinner along with panoramic views of the Blue Mountains

Day 2 - Broken Hill and Adelaide

Explore the unique outback city of Broken Hill on a Whistle Stop Tour before reboarding the Indian Pacific to Adelaide, where there's time for another Whistle Stop Tour, then rejoin the train and head west to Perth

Day 3 - The Nullarbor, Cook and Kalgoorlie

Stop at one of the world's most remote outposts, Cook. Stretch your legs and then it's on to Kalgoorlie, where you can join an optional Whistle Stop Tour.

Day 4 - Perth

Arrive in Perth this morning and transfer to your accommodation for the next three nights.

Day 5 - Perth, Swan River and Fremantle

Enjoy a full day discovering Perth's major tourist attraction onboard 'The City Explorer Tour,' a replica 1899 Perth tram. Cruise along the Swan River to Fremantle. Enjoy a scenic tour before some free time.

Day 6 - Perth

Today is free to relax at your own pace

Day 7 - Perth to Darwin

Today you will fly from Perth to Darwin ready for the next stage of your ultimate adventure

Day 8 - Kakadu, Nourlangie Rock and Yellow Water Billabong

Heading deep into Kakadu National Park you'll visit the Warradjan Cultural Centre, the famous Yellow Water Billabong where you'll enjoy a fantastic wildlife cruise (pictured above) and the impressive rock art site at Nourlangie.

Day 9 - Ubirr and East Alligator River

This morning you have the option to take a scenic flight over the Arnhem Land escarpment before visiting the superb rock art site at Ubirr. You could also join an aboriginal guided cruise on the East Alligator River and take in the stunning views across the Kakadu Wetlands.

Day 10 - Darwin

You have the whole day free to relax, shop or explore

Day 11 - The Ghan

Join The Ghan in Darwin and travel south to Katherine past lush, tropical scenery. Enjoy a Whistle Stop Tour at Katherine Gorge thenhop back onboard for your overnight journey to Alice Springs.

Day 12 - Alice Springs

Awaken to the desert scenery of Central Australia before arriving in Alice Springs and transferring to your hotel. The afternoon is free to explore at your leisure

Day 13 - Uluru

Travel through the West MacDonnell and James Ranges. Stop at the Outback Central Farm, pass Atilla before arriving at Ayers Rock Resort. This afternoon join a guided walk to the Mutijulu Waterhole, see cave paintings and hear legends. Tour the base of Uluru on the Mala Walk, then travel to Sunset Strip to view Uluru at sunset.

Day 14 - Uluru, Tjuta and Kings Canyon

Rise early to watch the sun cast its first rays on Uluru. Travel to the immense 36 rock domes of Kata Tjuta. Enjoy a guided walk into Walpa Gorge and marvel at the sheer walls that will flank you. This afternoon travel to Kings Canyon and this evening dine in a wilderness setting under a canopy of the southern night sky at the sensational Under a Desert Moon dinner

Day 15 - Kings Canyon and Alice Springs

Enjoy a guided walk to the rim of Kings Canyon or an easier walk to the canyon floor. Continue to Alice Springs stopping en route at Kings Creek Cattle Station

Day16 The Ghan

Take in any last minute sights before joining The Ghan to head south overnight to Port Augusta

Day 17

Your tour ends in Adelaide, where you are free to explore. We can arrange extra nights accommodation or any further tours you wish to add on to your itinerary
